Following an invisible border
GR® 7 roughly follows the line separating the waters flowing to the Manche and the Atlantique from those heading to the Méditerranée. The FFRandonnée announces 1,537 km, four regions and eighteen départements.
Ridges, local landscapes and parks
From the Vosges forests to the landscapes of the Massif central and then the Pyrenees, the route passes through very different parks and rural regions. It invites you to present the journey as a series of geographical thresholds, with self-contained, accessible sections.
